Ballet for Beginners and Improvers at Firkin Crane
Always wanted to have the physique and poise of a ballet dancer?
Now is your chance.
Marilyn Monroe did it, Audrey Hepburn, James Dean and Arnold Schwarzenegger… did it. Mick Jagger still does it…
What is it that gives dancers their beautiful streamlined bodies, as well as gorgeous muscle tone, lovely posture, a sprightly confidence and a spring in your step?
Why don’t you find out for yourself this year and attend one of our beginner ballet classes at the Firkin Crane, Shandon, Cork.
Beginner ballet classes for men and women re-commence Wednesday 13th September at the Firkin Crane with Kevin Hayes from Cork City Ballet.
Absolute Beginner classes are from 6pm – 7.15, and Beginner/Improver classes which cater for students wishing to improve their existing technique and adults who wish to return to study and enjoy ballet will be held at 7.15 to 8.30pm. This class has been running for many years and has proven to be extremely popular.
So, this year, why not try something new and exciting and see where it takes you. There’s no better workout that will challenge your entire body and mind.
Places are limited so book your place early.
All levels are €15 per class (drop in) or €75 for a course of 6 classes. There will be 30 classes in total from September 2016 to May 2017.
